I always believe in the more the merrier...
only thing with me is that players who are playing a more crucial role, should be available and never flake on the group, otherwise they should get mechs with a lesser impact so if they are missed it won't matter so much. imho.
...and also since you are late... you should start with something small like a stinger or wasp most likely.

Looks like a high speed retreat! I suggest we retreat off the right side of the map, since it looks like most of our mechs are over there. The scouts can try to protect the banshee, but it is a slow dog, and no matter which way we go, it is going to have troubles...
