Thanks for the comments. Please keep in mind that this a TSM brawler. The ER smalls are for heat management, I considered dropping two ER Mediums for PPC capacitors- I may yet do it for a variant- but the quad array is for punching (the SNPPCs won't be available).
(that, and a quad array of beamers looks cooler than a twin array )

Wouldn't regular small lasers be better? Because you need to keep the heat at 9, which is an odd number so you could manage the heat by one point, rather than by two.

three ER Small Lasers can substitute a medium when walking, and have better range bands than regular smalls.
