 What's actually new?
I still need to make time to check all the updated errata files they just put out, but I suspect I still recognize the game.
In fact: I'm kind'a cranky at the "new" art the just recycled for the twelfth time …

The miniatures look good, they have Tukayyid battle map packages, they have elemental stars as well as the dice etc...lots of extra stuff. And depending on how much you spend they have the part where you can get your name made into a bloodname in the canon universe, how they will work, not sure.
For me, I am looking forward to the mechs, some look great, others look good, some I think the metal versions are better. I am also hoping (not holding my breath) that this will get CGL to start to advertise the IP more and stop just going with oh the fans will buy it. Star Wars currently has that issue and sales are down, way down. Plus this also shows that the table top game is alive and breathing, and also shows that BT is not a damn video game but as it has been since day one a table top game that brings folks together and builds friendships. However all of that is a different topic.
I think that if you buy in at the lower levels and then buy the add-ons of what you want, then you are getting a good deal. I got lucky, my wife knows my main three hobbies are BT, SW and ERB/REH stuff, and she supports those. So I got to spend a larger amount of money that I might not have normally, so for me it's worth the money spent.
I still have a ton of mechs to paint, along with two KS worth of CAV miniatures with a third on the way and that mess called RRT to deal with miniature wise, and I am enjoying that.

Same. Just trying to figure out what exactly I want and how best to get there.
Almost had it and then they added the Inner Sphere berserker lance and showed the art for the Banshee.

Also side note, I think they may need to slow down on the extras....this is starting to tread into the waters of Palladium Books and their disaster of RRT...with all hey we have money we can do this and this and this and this and this etc...
I want this to happen, but hey I am also trying to be the voice of some reason...

Some of my friends are going to back it, but for this time I think I've already spent enough (Pathfinder 2E preorder). This GenCon rush to release everything is just deadly for my savings every year.
