| Everytime I go to download a record sheet in pdf format, all of a sudden i am getting a red box that says an unknown error has occurred. Have tried it with several of my older designs on here, same thing.

Can you try again?
I have a database constraint violation that is on my bugs list to fix. If something happens with the download, it effectively doesn't clean up properly and blocks you from downloading again. I cleaned up the DB as I noticed a couple records for your account in the download table.
If it doesn't work, let me know as it means there may be something else going on.

After I did that I tried downloading a few of your designs. Some download fine, but when I tried downloading the 'Atlas (Cherrybomb' ones, I got the unknown error.
Not 100% sure what the issue is yet with those designs, but will investigate more tomorrow and let you know.

OK, I lied. I knew I'd lay in bed wondering what the issue could be. Turns out, the image you uploaded is saved as a JPG, but is really a PNG. Interestingly, I can view it on my desktop as a JPG, upload it with the JPG extension, and view it in the readout. But when it comes to opening the image up locally with certain apps, as well opening up for inclusion on the PDF, it error out and complains it's not a JPEG.
I fixed it for those Atlas designs by updating the saved image extension to png, and they download now.
