OK folks, I'm going to start considering unit assignments for all of you! With that in mind, I need to ensure everyone is still around and we haven't lost anyone else. I have the following players still active:
ME (aka Mordel)
jedidino
Lumjo
Mekslayer
Pinhead
Ronin
We originally had planned on larger formation sizes of 5 units per lance, with each person getting a unit per lance. But we had another member come along/back since then. So the way things will work are as follows:
3 players will get 1 unit in each of the three lances (3 'Mechs total)
3 players will get 1 unit in two of the three lances (2 'Mechs total)
To help figure this out, I need everyone I listed above to respond to this post and let me know:
A) You're still here
B) If you are OK with getting assigned 2 'Mechs, or REALLY need 3
I'll do my best with each mission to make sure everyone is always involved in the action!

| I am here, and if possible would like more than just a light mech or two. It is honestly hard to pay attention to whats going on when all I have in combat is a MG or two. just saying. Let me know what is available. If possible it is also good to split the forces as evenly as possible, so again, if one player is using a wasp and another a Guillotine, the wasp goes to sleep and the Guillotine is wondering why everything is taking so long. LOL

Everyone will have at least a couple 'Mechs. And some aren't sexy, but not much we can do about that. At least not until we gets loads of cash and can buy all assaults.

How about posting the mechs in the different lances, and allowing people to set up their preferences. You can roll off if everyone takes say the Wasp...
That might make it easier for people to get mechs that they like..
myself, I would give you a ranking in each lance from 1 to 4 of the preferences of mechs I choose, but that is just me...

That was my plan from the get go. Great minds think alike!
I will be posting a little later today on that topic when I finish up my work.

OK. For each lance, I'd like everyone to order their assignment preferences for the 'Mechs within them. Give each 'Mech within a lance a number between 1 and 5; 1 being most preferred and 5 being least preferred. Use each number only once. I'd like each of you to do your numbering solely on your preferences. Don't worry about what someone else may have put or wants. Once I get everyone's preferences, I'll work on the assignments.
I do have a methodology that will be fair for everyone. Or at least I think is fair, and as the leader of this band of misfits, I guess that's all that matters! 
Here's the final lance composition. I've linked the units to their respective readout pages in case you needed to look them over some to help with your decision making processes.
