A booth sits empty tonight at Mordel's Bar and Grill, for our brother in combat has fallen. Long has his humor and wisdom comforted and guided us. But his final battle has been fought, and he has gone ahead to set our place in the Halls of MechWarriors.
A cockpit sits empty tonight, for what no state of the art Clan Omnimech or Inner Sphere scrapheap could lay low, the cruel mistress of time and nature has. Taken before his time, and the galaxy is a lessor place for it. You will be missed by family of blood and arms alike.
A bunk lays empty tonight and a family lies in mourning, for a father's, husband's, and friend's light has gone from this world. A dark void of pain now exists in the hearts of all those who knew and loved you. And so each of us cries in our own way and for our own reasons as we continue the march that you no longer can, carrying that much more of the weight that you helped us carry.
A good man has gone from this universe. And his absence will be felt for as long as their is a memory alive in those who shared your existence. Good bye, my friend; I raise a toast to thee. Good bye, Sir Henry; I drink in remembrance of thee. Good bye.
