Overview:
Designed by Defiance Industries to provide a "battle-ready" version of the venerable CLN
series to the LCAF, the CLN-10V would come equipped with several advanced technologies.
While it would feature the movement capabilities of previous models the LFE, XL gyro, and IS
endo steel frame would be used to free up tonnage. For its armament the CLN-10V would come
with a Clan ER-Large Laser in the left arm. Three medium x-pulse lasers would be installed
as well (two in the left arm and one in the right). Finally three machine guns supplied by a
single ton of ammo would be fitted into the left torso. The ammo would be protected by a
CASE system. All of the weapons would be tied to an IS targeting computer. The CLN-10V would
be protected by 7.5 tons (120pips) of standard armor and be fitted with a Chameleon LPS
system. The 12 double heat sinks installed would....attempt to keep the mech from
overheating.
