Overview:
    Description: The story of the Catherine would begin with the end the Liberator Mech
    experiment under Kali Yama and the FWL. With its legendary 3018 performance condemning the
    Liberator's future Kali-Yama would archive the design. It would languish in records until
    3089 when the design would be purchased by Grumman Amalgamated for a pittance. Grumman for
    its part had at the time an ambitious but short reigning CEO would had dreams of expanding
    the company into mech production. He would assign a team the task of looking over the design
    of the Liberator and using it as a template to produce a new mech. However, he would be
    replaced two years later and while the "Liberator II" project would continue it would be
    shunted off to a lower prioritization.  57 years would pass with the project going through
    various shut downs, starts ups, redesign's, fixes, and updates. Until 3146 when the Ari
    Humphrey's caught wind of the project. Looking to 'flex' the muscle of the Duchy of
    Andurien, he would investigate into Grumman's "Liberator II" project. Approving of what he
    found, he would apply political pressure to the company to 1) prioritize the mech for
    construction and production and two 2) rechristen it to the Catherine after the (in)famous
    former Duchess who had bravely asserted Andurien Independence. 5 Years later the Catherine
    CTE-1A would officially roll off the Assembly line (with state support to complete
    production facilities.) The new domestically produced mech would be intended to fill the
    role of being a scout, skirmisher/harasser, garrison mech, and line-filler. Only time would
    tell if the Duchy of Andurien would find success in the design.

Capabilities:
    The 45ton design would come equipped with 270 rated XL engine allowing the mech to hit
    speeds of 97 km/h. Additionally, 5 jump-jets would be installed allowing the CTE-1 to jump
    up to 150 meters. For armament the Catherine CTE-1A would come equipped with a Large X-pulse
    laser in the left torso and an LRM-10 in the right. The LRM would be supplied with a single
    ton of ammo protected by CASE II. This would be rounded out with an er-medium laser
    installed into the center torso and an X-pulse small laser installed into the head. 8.5 tons
    of Light Ferro-Fibrous armor would be used to protect the mech and 12 double heatsinks would
