For the stated objective, swap to 10x double heat sinks, drop endo-steel, drop light ferro, and add case.
This leaves you 1 ton to play with and generally simplifies the logistics network.

| I guess I had a no XL engine mind set that included Double heatsinks but with new flashy weapons that would easier to replace in my mind also I have a unreasonable hatred for LRM-5
