Overview:
    My personal take on what the Clan IICs should have been.  What I am call the VIIC.  Core
    concept is to avoid using the XL engine; weight, armor, and structure may use special
    materials.

Capabilities:
    An upgrade of the -6R that was renamed Honey Badger after the destruction of the No Name
    Clan.  I swapped the AC for an LB 10-X, upgraded the ML to ER, and upgraded the SRM to
    Streak.  Endosteel and Ferro-Fibrous allows additional armor and the larger main gun.  Light
    Active Probe added to use the last 0.5 tons.
