McWizard, creator of MegaMek.NET (a chat client for MegaMek much like the Zone), has joined forces with this new site to provide his archive of related files and to join our staff as Development Director, head of our soon coming Dev team. Ben will be providing advanced notice of updates. Official and un-official updates will be archived for player use and we welcome player patches and updates. There is also a multi-topic forum, fan written TROs, and a fan fiction section to help soothe those cravings for all things BattleTech.
While the primary focus at MegaMek.com will be the MegaMek game, we look forward to becoming a valued member of the orbit of BattleTech related web sites and joining with them to promote the universe we all know and enjoy.
