| How is this for bad luck? In the BT Open my first round was against Ed Karl. He had a Marauder IIC and hit my mech with 3 ER PPC. He rolled 6 dice for location and everyone came out a 6. In my second round I had the Hvy Gauss version of the Stalker. O its first shot it hit. However it fell on its back, took both locations to the RT rear. Crit to the Gauss, destryoy location and its Light engine. I roll possible to my center after transfering damage and crit my 3rd engine. An undamaged mech down without even being shot.

WOW!! that sounds like my Wardog experience. Fire the weapons take in round 1, then trip and spend 6 rounds trying to stand back up.
I retired earily that day.

My dislike from his stems from an experience I had with him while playing BT a while back. Someone else was with him, so I can't remember if he was the jerk, or the other guy. But I seem to think it was him. The point being, he doesn't know how to play BT and enjoy the game.

Knowing CC as well as I do (and knowing that he and Mordel have pretty much the same tolerances for people) it must have been the other guy that Mordel is thinking about.
