Speaking of using spotters...did not the Jade Falcon use a spotter call in an artillery or massive LRM strike on Ulric?
Let's see faster kills, thus more honor...I don't see that going against anything.

Yes the Jade Falcon saKhan did do such a thing to kill Ulric Kerensky. It was highly dishonorable and was the cause of his own death at the hands of the last Wolf, Vlad.
I do however recall reading something about the Falcons brining up some artillery to blast an old castle brian apart when the defenders refused to come out and fight.

Yes, I remember that too.
Then again the Jag's honor had a lot to be desired. Orbital bombardment of Turtle Bay on Edo being the prime example. Read "Exodus Road" if you want some more ugly examples of there behavior. IMHO they got what they deserved in Operation Bulldog....damn stravags!

Not really, the Clans and House Kurita have more in common than the clans and any other faction.

Bah. The Smoke Jaguars were fools. Their inability to adapt was what did them in. Even the venerable Jade Falcons learned to adapt as the situation required.
The Smoke Jaguars were simply too stubborn and for that they paid the ultimate price. Were I the Khan, the situation would have been much different.

Commie the kahn ehhh? well anyway I do agree that the jaguars got what they had coming to them. They were way too dishonorable for a clan. Torwards the end they were acting more like the innespere warriors then the clanners.
