Was looking at the 3025 tech readouts last night. Question...
When making a record sheet from a tech readout, are there any rules that help you remember where to put heat sinks? The locations of HS are not given in your basic tech readout.

No guidelines, just put them where you think they`ll look best. Single heat sinks go into legs first, so they`ll add heat dissipation in water. DHS go anywhere you can fit them
Extra crit-soaking items in the Center Torso is a good use for heat sinks, as is extra padding anywhere else. Make sure you don`t have crit locations with ammo as the only item that can be destroyed by a critical.
Remember that Engine Rating divided by 25 is the number of HS that don`t need to be allocated anywhere. They`re seen as integral to the engine.

ummmmm....
why do you need to make record sheets from TROs?
i think they're all done for you.
especially since you're online meaning that you would be able to download them.

to add to the others post.....
adding heatsinks into empty sidetorso location help to keep a sidetorso penitration makin your mech seem like its got an xl engine when rollin for crits.
remember as per the rules, crits float to the next location when there is nothing further to crit in that location.

hey, there's nothing wrong with macs
I used to run heavymetalpro on my virtual pc program for my mac, worked very well.
Now I have my dell, just have to install 'em!
