Well I just gave it a go, and it took forever! 
It was fun though.
The person I was going for was eventually discovered, but it took ages. This was the response:
"Well, I win this round. You are player number 135 to pick Dr Perry Cox from Scrubs, and what a clever choice it was! You almost had me for a while, but you let your guard down. Don't worry, it happens to all of us sooner or later. Please play again, and next time I'll be ready for you, Dr Perry Cox from Scrubs."

Well, now I know how it can be so accurate all the time!
Just went through it, answering the Q's trying to get MacGuyver.
Wound up getting Jack Bower.
So, it then asked me to fill in details for the character name, show, and a question that would seperate the two. As folows:
"Congratulations, you stumped me! It certainly seemed that you were Jack Bower from 24, but if you say you weren't, I guess I have to believe you. Not that I'm happy about it. In fact, you've ruined my whole day. But I'll get you next time!
In the meanwhile, if you tell me who you were and help me out with a good yes/no question, I'll be able to guess it right next time. Please, try to think of a good general question that can be answered "yes" for lots of characters, not just the one that you were thinking of. And if you can't think of a good question, don't worry about it, just go and play a new game."
If you ever get a swiss army knife question, you know who to thank!
Still, its fun to see the most obscure character you can think of appear!

The characters I knew it was able to guess. The ones I really didn't know too well it got wrong, but I figured that was because I gave wrong answers.

I had guessed Judy Miller, from Still Standing, and he got it right. Of course, I was only the 2nd person to think of her. Makes me feel special.

I was going for Rurouni Kenshin. Its original guess was Ned Flanders.
