after a locomotive on one of the Big ThunderMountain Railroad trains broke loose from the rest of the cars inside one of the tunnels...the injured are said to range in age from 9 to 47...
Makes me wonder, as a quality engineer, what kind of safety, quality and preventative maintainence inspections Disney runs on its rides...

Disney's safety record is pretty good, and always exceeds that safety requirements in CA and FL, which are some of the strictest in the country.
Accidents do happen.

True...but I still bet many hard questions are being asked...fatalities are never good for business...well, most businesses anyways...
