Raven heads over to his comm van. Diana Ryan walked out holding a piece of white paper, "Sir, message for you. Some moron named Mo." Raven shrugged. "I was supposed to meet him earlier, coward never showed. Whats he want?"
Diana glanced down at the message, smirked and looked back up. "Well he is being super insulting, then he tells you to 'grab a mech and he'll face you in his Jerrer.' that last might be a misprint."
Raven frowns, his face darkens, "ARE YOU SAYING THERE IS A MISTAKE IN OUR COMM GEAR?!" Raven's priorities are set very correct. "This is not very good. We're about to reembark on a campaign to assist our Russian allies and we've developed problems with our comm gear. We need to check this out. Run ever diagnostic we have." Diana saluted and turned back to the van shouting orders.
Raven patiently waited. Diana walked back out, "No error sir. He called it a Jerrer. What the hell is a Jerrer?"
"Intel?" Another soldier walks up and salutes.
"Sir, no information in our clan database. As far as we can tell maybe it was a slurred version of a Jenner IIC."
"Reason?" Raven asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Transmission originated in a bar." The intel soldier shrugged. Diana laughed. "Ok so what are we going to do?"
Raven grins, "Lock and load. Some Clan punk stands me up then insults me? He's going to face the entire force of the Royal Roses. I want everyone to their combat positions but no one fires till I make the first move. Get the tankers ready to move, the infantry into their battle armor. Black Rose will move through the city with White Rose. Red Rose will follow me at a slight distance. We hit hard and fast and we'll crush the entire Clan if we have too."
Raven runs to his modifid BattleMaster and prepares to fight, from his battle armor.

Raven switchs on his comm. "I don't know friend scum. You were like a panicky women when someone walked into the bar with a machine gun. You're about as honorable as an ice hellion, which is to say, you're not. I'll handle you as any rogue black caste member would be handled." Raven signals to his group, levels his PPC and lobs off a shot before shifting for a better direction.

Spook frowns, shaking his head slowly, he says nothing. The parties involved would settle things in their own time and with their own methods, no reason to get involved. If only they'd stop their childish attempts to follow the clan rights of challenge. This was certianly not the place for such plesantries. Honor, after all, only has value to those who recognize it as a virtue, rather then a liability.

That is Where I wanted to go but that raven is to much of a sniveling coward .I do not want to do it here .I do not want to endanger innocents. I only wish to accept his challenge in a fair and honorable manner .The Star Colonel here only intervened because that coward is hiding behind his regement and started to march it into town. Let him face me in an arena like the warrior he aspires to be and there will be no problems. I do not fear him it is his fear of me that is the cause of this idiocity have him meet here me for a proper bidding then we can settle this in a proper circle of equals in one of your arenas. That is if he actualy is a true warrior though it would appear that he is not

Raven watched the developments on his monitors, chuckling at the mild annoyance of the warship. "Tsk tsk." He quickly taps something into his BattleMaster's computer and then waits patiently.

About four hours later a number of jump points open in space releasing never before seen warships. Each one has the same logo emblazoned on the front: B.O.I.L. The Brotherhood of Insufficient Light has come to keep things honest. With enough fire power to destroy the puny clanner ships in orbit, the BOIL fleet commander hails them and tells them to stand down or face annilihation.

Raven had been moving his BattleMech forward and in the distence he could make out the Jerrer/Jenner "i really do have to figure out how drunk he was on that one." To his left and right came his bodyguards, riding in BT-7M Sentries, the light manuverable units easily kept pace with the large BattleMaster, and also kept back Solaris Security with ease.
He came closer and closer, his forces had gone to ground for the moment, hiding in the vast tunnel system used to move BattleMechs. It would be difficult for the warships above to do anything without vaporising the city. Of course, that would be suicide when Raven's friends responded.
Keeping the PPC trained on the Jenner he fired over and over again, building up heat as he closed. Once close enough Raven hit the ejection button and rocket pods hurled his battle armored form high into the air. Another BA unit on the back of the BattleMaster quickly took over and began to get the unit ready to fight again.
Raven drew his vibroblade as sailed higher, and at the epoche of his flight he switched it on. His .50 caliber long rifle was loaded and ready and Raven fell straight towards the Jenner to land on it soldily, his Vibroblade pierced deep into the armor, giving Raven a solid hold. He lowered the rifle against the view port, aiming it right at Motown's head and smiled. "Call off your forces, appologize for your insulting remarks, and I just might not blow your damn head off. And trust me. These rounds will go straight through a cockpit canopy at close range."

The Greystoke phases out of orbit, five minutes later the Micro Trans-Dimensional Obliterator goes off. Everything within 100 km simply disappears from existence, including the BOIL Warships.
