|
|
Hey folks, I've been given the OK by my host to create a new dictionary of words specifically for my site that aren't standard words in the dictionary. Once I compile the list they will place it in a directory on the host for me so it can be used by the spell checker.
So, I'm querying you folks for a list of words that pop up as misspellings that I should add to the list.
The list should include words such as:
BattleTech
Mech
MechWarrior
I'd like you guys to help me compile a complete list here so I only have to send them a list once. I don't want to harass the people that are being nice to me, after all.

And are you going to create these lists for me?
I was thinking more along the lines of common words that are used. But listing the 'mechs as well would be good. You have until tomorrow afternoon to compile such a list for me.
Hell... first one to compile a list of all Mech names (no designation) will get 300 credits! I'm sure these lists exist on sites or elsewhere, so it may not even be that hard. Please email it to me. First one I see in my inbox is the winner (and I will spot check the mechs on their).

OK folks, I've added a word list for BattleTech words. They include Mech names, house names and general terms. If in your travels you come across a word which is a common BattleTech phrase, please let me know so I can add it.
