Here in Austria we are using a different scale for temperature, which is called CELSIUS.

Can you please translate it for us poor Europeans ?

You know the formula for F° to C° Mex.

Besides, the joke isn't really about the temperature, right Mordel.

The temperature is only partially relevant to the joke. It's more about how hardened we are. Although, my girlfriend who is Puerto Rican doesn't fit the bill. Of course, she isn't a true New Englander since she was born in New York and raised in Pennsylvania.

You have a girlfriend in addition to your wife and your children ?
How can you afford that ?

He uses the word "wife" and "girlfriend" interchangably.

At least I hope that's what he's doing.

LOL!! Yes, it all depends on the mood I'm in. If I'm happy and she's being good, I call her my wife. If she's in a bad mood and grumpy, she's my grilfriend. It's easier to get rid of a girlfriend than it is a wife. Although, for the record, we aren't married.

I recall learning the formula in school, but I've forgotten it by now.

You're right, it's not really about the temperature. We've got the same joke here in Europe, although it's about how tough Finns are...

I wounder which scale Horhiro is using

As water freezes at 32 above zero, it cant be °C
As he uses temperatures BELOW zero, it cant be °K
As all atomic motion stops at 275 below zero, it cant be °F

Whoah! $3? She hasn't bought a Wawa hoagie in a while. Okay, but tell her she only gets a shortie for that price.
