I know chihawk, you do not want to spend the mory but I think it is called "Crossbreeds" from Mongoose or Bastion. (to dman lazy to get up and look for it) It has about 20 monsters in there, but the best is it gives rules on how to make new monsters by mixing current ones. It is really fun.
