I have been behind the times long enough. I would like to know which source book I should get that would provide a complete rules of the level 2 tech. My combination of BT Max Tech and BT Master Rules (1st ed?) are missing things like stealth armor and heavy gauss rifle.
In the meantime, could someone tell me what the damage is when a heavy guass rifle takes a critical hit?

The heavy gauss does 25 damage when it takes a crit. If the heavy gauss is spread between a side torso and the CT, CASE in the side torso will prevent damage transfer to the CT. That's from memory, but I just looked it up the other day (to check the damage tranfer rule), so it should be right.
