OK, After researching the clans in detail. I have found that they do not use money at all. They are on a barder system. Which renders the cost value in HMPro useless as well as the BV ponit and to a GM running a Clan game this can get to be a problem when it comes time to tally up the repair and salvage cost.
The closest thing I have found is the production points that another group is useing for their game.
Is anyone else who has run into this issue. and how did you resolve it?

Clans: Warriors of Kerensky explains the economic system that the Clans use. It is a work credit system, much like what Communist Russia used if I understand correctly.
