Which house do you think has the best specific technology of these?

Davion, of course. RACs and targeting computers.

Davion, but its a hard choice, the Stealth armour of the Capellans and the Light gauss of MArik are close 2nd and third

Definitely MRMs, although Stealth armor is a close second. RACs are just too munchy for consideration. Whoever approved them after playtesting ought to be shot with an MRM. _________________ "The enemy's gate is down."

The +1 to hit for MRMs and the fact they can't carry special munitions makes them worthless IMO.

I just think they add something to the game that should have been there all along, considering that this was a universe of declining technology.
Of course, they came along way too late, but still, better late than never. _________________ "The enemy's gate is down."

What about RACs makes them munchy? It might just be because I like them, or because I'm not looking, but I don't see a problem with them.

where is the super large bore ACs that only Defiance Industries produces ? IIRC only Defiance produces the Defiance Thunder UAC20 and is the only house producing it in large quantities.
I dont consider HGR to be a Lyran tech only since Blackwell has a Thunderfist HGR as well.
but if i were to vote. Its stealth armor baby ! Or the Kuritan C3 systems.

The ability to deliver six five point clusters on a target perhaps...in the same location if you've got a T.Comp. _________________ "The enemy's gate is down."

I realize I'm generalizing on the poll options, thats why there's no Davion targeting computer, ect. And the Heavy Gauss is still an essentially Lyran weapon.
RACs could be considered munchy, but so could stealth armor, especially depending what its paired with for weapons.

Why the RACs of House Davion of course. Far less munchy than the HGR. At least you can clear a jam with the RAC. Good luck using an HGR after a capacitor blows. The LGR is just plain useless (for the most part). And stealth armor is just a cheap Null Sig wannabe designed by a pathetic whelp of a nation that couldn't even defend itself during the War of Laio independence.....I mean the Forth Succ. War. MRMs are OK, but I'd rather have an LRM instead.

A jammed RAC tags you for the damage of one round when it takes a crit, I think. MRMs are pretty bad. Too much heat and weight, with short range. I agree that I'd rather have LRMs, preferably with Artemis.
Actually, I'd rather have the Clan Streak MRMs from MechWarrior 4.

Based on the listed choices, I chose The Fed Suns RAC.
Howver, I think c3 is pretty nifty, so props go to the Draconis Combine for coming up with that lovely bit of technology. Which we in ComStar then adpated and improved into c3i.
