This mech is one of a kind custom mech belonging to
Knight of the inner sphere corpral Séan O Neil. All the
Knights are given top of the line mechs and equipment but
O Neil was forced to take a Grand Titan T-IT-N10M when
his Albatross was shot from under him taking the mech he
began making changes to its weapons straight away
fitting a ERPPC and ERMDlaser to the right arm and after
getting clearance to fit Ferro-fibrous armour he then
upgraded the srm6s to Streaks and moved the MDpulses
to the center torso rounding of the design with a rear
facing ERMDlaser to the head. this work took time but O
Neil was backed by his superiors who relised this mech
had potential to become a general upgrade like the Grand
Titan T-IT-N11M this mech has heat issues but as this
mech was converted to this type by its pilot its he is well
used to these issues
Capablities
The mechs only long range weapon is its erppc but this is
counterd by its tough armour and relitively high speed
once its lgpulses get in range it can severly damage its
oppoent but to fire the mdpulses and ssrm6s u need to
cycle out the erppc
Deployment
Only one exists and it is with O Neil on Atreus with the
other Knights currently on manouvers though plans have been
sent though the high command for evaluation for approval for
general production

The armor locations add up right (to 307) but your listed armor factor is 317, 10 points over the max of a bipedal hundred tonner. So neither fluffwise nor format-wise, just a typo.
Also, you might want to list which actuators you have in the arms. A Grand Titan has lower arm and hand actuators in both arms, but this doesn't have the room for that. With lower arm and hand actuators, it's four crits over the max.
I take it this is hand written?
As for the design itself, it's not bad. Better than the original, that's for sure. But it has the same Grand Titan problem of overheating badly at close range. Scary to look at, and it could do some damage, but I don't fancy the idea of sitting in its cockpit.

Oh? I've never seen older versions of the Drawing Board. That's a crappy version of TDB you've got, because it can't add. You've got 307 armor points on the various locations, but it shows a total of 314. Besides, 314 points is 20 tons without fractional accounting. Mordel has the newest version in the downloads section; you might want to get it.
