Great design... it's a lot like what I had planned on doing for the design competition, before I got too busy with school and etc to finish my entries.
Pair this up with a scout helo mounting TAG, and you've got a deadly team.

I think we might have to check the rules, but IIRC allowing Arrow IV on fighters and VTOLs might actually be against the rules. I remember getting pegged on that one before when I tried to do something based on the B-2.
A far more realistic Longbow would have a mast-mount and then Streaks (Hellfire MMW) and LRMs (treat as either the rocket pods or the wing-tip Sidewinders the naval Apaches were supposed to have).
