The same thing all Lieutenant JGs do: act like they're better than the enlisteds, and get beaten like a naughty puppy by all the other officers.

And I have no idea what Lieutenants do in ComStar, either.
OOC: Hey Mordel - why does the ComStar faction have lieutenants and whatnot anyway? All the rest of the factions are accurate; why not ComStar? (Note: That's not a complaint. Just curiosity.)

Not exactly what i was looking for.. it's more the surprise junior officers get when they make a stupid decision and the warrant officer's f**k them for it.
