Newest Clan update
Mordel – yes, the Clan version of our leader rides this: ??????????
jymset – Nova PRIME (made up my mind)
bladewind – Hunchback IIC (just an estimated guess – I am sure you can think of something more suited to your tastes)
Warhammer: 3025 – Summoner PRIME (good on you!)
chihawk – Viper B (even with the discrepancy in weight, an omni is always preferable to a Stone Rhino, even if we do chose the preferred configuration)
Oafman - ???????????????????????????
SaberDance - ?????????????????????
Mowtown Scrapper – Hellion A
Seraph - Kit Fox A
Wanallo - ???????????
ralgith – Timberwolf A (I would have to challenge you to an honour duel if you were to appear in a Summoner M!!!)
Beebles - ????????????????
Star Raven - Marauder IIC (just another estimated guess – though this one isn't half bad)
Erenon – Turkina (variant?)
Stinger – Timberwolf (could you chose a canon variant?)
Ruger - Crimson Langur PRIME
Hardware - Summoner PRIME
mud – LET ME GUESS: Fire Falcon?
Vampire – would you ever let yourself be seen in a Clan ‘mech?
Alexx Knight - ????????????
Nightmare - ????????????
Vagabond - Shadowcat PRIME
Blackhand - Mad Dog (variant? PRIME?)
Pinhead - Black Python
Obviously, with all those missing 'mechs, I have not yet attempted to create subunits.
edit: added Hardware's Summoner, Pinhead's Black Python and Vagabond's Shadowcat, as well as Motown's variant

Mordel's Horde, 3062
Command Lance
Mordel – Penetrator 4D
chihawk – Clint (? which one - got a great upgrade) or Grasshopper 5H
ralgith – Bandersnatch 01A (or Marauder 5Y-C)
StarRaven – custom Marauder (8D)
Main Battle Lance
bladewind – Hunchback ???????? still this mech? Which variant?
Hardware – Crusader 5S
Nightmare – Charger SA5
Assault Lance
Oafman – modified Atlas (??)
Ruger – modified Banshee (??)
Stinger - Devastator
Warhammer: 3025 – very much modified Warhammer (Titan)
Scout Lance
Beebles – modified Hermes (MXa)
Motown Scrapper – modified Jenner (Goldbug)
mud - Locust ?????which one???????
Seraph – modified Locust (4X)
Fire Lance
Blackhand - modified Panther (II) (if I call it IIC, it would be acknowledging that it is a Clan 'mech - can't have that in our IS unit, right )
Erenon – modified Panther (9K2)
jymset – Zeus 9S
SaberDance – modified Whitworth (II)
Medium Lance
Alexx Knight – Chameleon 7W, 7Z or custom????
Vagabond – modified Dervish (Kodachi)
Vampire – Centurion CN9-D ???????Different one, maybe?
Wanallo - Centurion CN10-B (which is the 55-ton variant out of RS:3060 - the official MechCommander variant!)
Strike Lance
Pinhead - Phoenix Hawk 3D
Alexander - Banshee??????????
Boy, this one was tedious.....
edit: created Strike Lance around Pinhead's lance. Still some people missing, we may well fill that one out yet! Also modified some designations for StarRaven's and Blackhand's machines.

Good on you! I love how quite a number of people agree on the wisdom of Summoner!
For this addition, I will edit the post above.

If the Timberwolf isn't a mainstay, then why do so many units in the JF sourcebook field them? Also I seem to roll it quite a bit on the random table from the book too. But, shrug thats just me.

Pinhead's choices will also be edited into the above.
@ ralgith: Well, consistancy as far as actual unit representation goes, was never one of FASA's strong points. The current people that be on the other hand just say: this is the way it is, if anything previous contradicts it, that is wrong!
Don't know anything about current tables. But the JF rule book, if I recall correctly, didn't have a lot of Timberwolves in it. Sure, there may have been a few in the complete listing of the Touman. But nowhere near as many as Summoners and Hellbringers. And I would be very surprised if the Mad Dog did not outnumber it as well.

The Mad Dog is the prime variant, but its an omni so it can be modified depending on what the horde needs to shoot.
The custom Panther is named Panther IIC II and is waiting for upload to the custom directory. Its a nice ride, with a few weaknesses (still standard Panther speed). It used to be designated the Panther IIC but someone beat me to that, so its the IIC II now.
Other than that it seems were almost at battalion strike force. Thats a sizeable army.

I was already thinking that we should break it up into 2 companies, and as more people jump in on it, a 3rd, and 4th as needed. I'll gladly XO a company, but thats as high as I wanna go. Besides which, makes more sense for mods here to be COs.

Summoner Prime for my Clan Wolf [in exile] character if limiting to clan specific mechs.
Shadowcat Prime if allowed to take anything.

In that case, anyone who wants to stick to their original story has to be a bondsman.

Well, since it's a sort of alternate universe clan unit, that's simple enough. And necessary, since I've never concieved of a Clan character. A Davion 'MechWarrior, captured by Clan Wolf, perhaps.
While the Marauder IIC isn't a bad choice, I think I'll stick with ubiquitous but effective Timber Wolf. The A variant, as it suits me best.
And for the 3062, I think I'll settle on the MAD-5R, or my own 8D if we're doing customs.
I sound like ralgith here, with Marauder and Timber Wolf, but there 'tis.

Well, I took care of all of the above by editing the existing rosters. I will repost (and, of course, update again) them below tomorrow.
@ Vagabond: of course you can choose any 'mech that you want. What Clan are you? I thought the Shadowcat, while being affiliated with the Smoke Jags and Novacats, was kinda available? It was never described as rare....
Now, about units. Yes, this will end up creeping up to battalion size. After all, there are a lot of old-timers who haven't dropped by in a while. Maybe some of them will join in with this.....
Should I split this into companies now? If so, who wants to go with whom? And, the first two companies are catered for, as far as command goes. chihawk is the XO already, no ifs and buts!

O.K. The Hellion is an omni so techicaly I can shove any weapon combo that fits of the stock configs I will use either the A or if it looks like I might have to fight at close range I will use the C
I if customs are allowed I will run with my Blizzard BTW there are 20 known configs of that one.
