I had not seen anything on this yet and I thought that someone should at least mention it. I am Lutheran instead of Catholic, but the world will miss his positive influence.

Here's to hoping that the new Pope will be as benificial. I will stop there before this gets moved to the Saloon.

Well, I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I'll miss the man as well.

I felt he was a balancing influence upon the world.

I'm technically an infidel (I don't follow any established religion), and haven't really followed much of the Pope's activities, but I'm quite sure that the world is a poorer place for his absence.

He was actually a very interesting Pope. In my opinion, he brought alot of the workings behind closed regimes to light, just by visiting.

I hope the next one is half as good working with the rest of the world.
