This reminds me of a Flea varaint I made. Good against infantry, but the second it sees a real mech, or a vehicle, or for that matter, battle armor, this thing better run.

I like it. However, while intimidating, I feel IFV vehicles would be better suited for the task.

Problem...I.C.E.s need power converters to use energy weapons. You also might consider using fractional accounting that would enable you to add more armour.
Finaly all you twits who give me static about my XL engined ultra-lights because of the suposed cost compair the cost of these to the cost of my high-tech wonders. And then compair the capabilities ...I expect to hear no more crap about how much money you would save with an I.C.E. in a security mech.

I know. I just wanted to model the Dreadnaught in Battletech. Although I probably should have made it a suit of Battle Armor...

If your using ICE mechs for security of an instillation, you'd be better of just getting IFVs and Tanks. Even your security mechs would be better served as vehicles. Ultra-Lights were made lvl3 for a reason. They just cannot do anything worthy that a vehicle or two could do as well or better.

I'll go for protomechs.. Dreadnaughts are more like protomechs what with the pilot curled up in fetal position and whatnot.. they're also larger than battlearmour (though the Kanazuchi and its ilk look suspiciously similar...)

All right. I've been listening to you guys and your Warhammer: 40K for a while now. I've heard the name, but that's about it. And I've finally given up and decided to run a search. But could someone perhaps provide a good link with information about this Warhammer: 40K? Thanks

My introduction to the Warhammer universe came through playing the demo for Dawn of War.
Otherwise, look here. It's the main website, and gives a good overview of the game and the factions involved.

And StarRaven, if you get hooked spending obscene amounts of money trying to build armies. It wasn't my fault.
It's interesting for ideas though.. especially their tanks..

Thanks. I'll take a look.
And don't worry, Erenon. I won't blame just you. I'll blame the lot of you, instead.
