Earlier this morning, I had all four taken out. I'm not in any pain or anything, but one of the four (lower right) is weeping blood. As a result, my mouth keeps filling with a saliva / blood mix (the ratio keeps changing).
Thus far, I can think of only three culprits:
1. In the take-home instructions I was given, soup was permitted as a food that I could eat. Thing is, it wasn't until after I had a bowl of ramen for dinner that I found WebMD to disagree with the instructions on the grounds that soup and other hot fluids can dislodge clots.
2. The guaze keeps pulling out the clost when I go to change it.
3. Even though I'm simply letting the mix ooze out when needs be, it could still be enough to pull the clots out.
Short of actually calling the dentist in the morning, is there anything I can do? I've already tried the tea bag bit and it didn't work.

My only advice is to call the dentist before you start feeling dizzy from lack of blood.

Stitches?
Wet the bandage before you replace it.

Try a tampon?
Seriously. I avoided anything other than pure liquids. I drank water and broth. Worked fine. I kept the liquids rolling along my tongue and avoided having it linger around the open wounds. Hardest part was keeping my tongue away from them. Keeping them dry helps. as much as you can. I bled for a couple days so it's not unusual. Just keep it clean and keep injesting fluids to aid healing. Your gums are among the fastest regenerating tissue in your body.

Keep you face packed in ice. Trust me, it may not be comfortable, but it really really helps. Keeps the swellingdown immensely, and thus less bleeding.
Good luck. I know how much it sucks.

I subsisted on a diet of icecream and juice for the first 2 or 3 days. I also bled profusely for about 3 hours after getting them out, and I made the mistake of swallowing most of that blood. (the mistake became apparent when my mom had to pull into the parking lot of one of the strip joints so I could vomit the blood back up.)
Short of just rolling up the gauze and waiting, I don't think that there's much to do.

I starved for the first day, then only broth, pudding and such. Soak the gauze before you put it in and try leaving it in for a full 24 hours. Talking, moving your tongue can reopen it, and make your tongue raw because of swelling. Swallowing will start it off too, I had one that did that.
I had all 4 out at once. The stitches were removed about 4 days later. make sure they get them all, one of mine bcame the source of a toothache about a week after.

The stitches that were put in mine are similar to those used by vets, they disintigate after a time.
Try to avoid fiddling with them with your tongue. They feel weird, but it's best just to leave them alone.
I also have experienced awfully bad tastes in my mouth some times, even 2 months later, as food will work into the new nooks and crannies and rot there. Brushing and flossing don't always remove this debris, but I found that chewing gum helps. Wait till after the stitches are out to chew gum.
I found that Listerine pocket packs are very useful for the first few days, in place of standard brushing.
