I have only old BMR, so there are still problems with new tech for me.
C3 network (improved or not, I know that they are not compatible with each other), Targeting computer, stealth armor, ECM suite (needed for stealth, but does turning the stealth on change the abilities?).
I would like to know how do these systems interfere with each other, and if they are compatible.

Well, when stealth armor is on, you suffer from the effects of the ECM...
But yes, they are compatible.

You need to have an active ECM to use stealth armor, so those two obviously work together. When the stealth armor is activated it's like you're in an enemy ECM bubble, so C3 and C3i will not work, but there's no rule against having them for when your stealth armor isn't active.
Target Comps aren't affected by any of the other stuff that I can recall...
