Yes 
Been so long since I played that I forget how... I think you hit enter and it brings up a menu... but not sure.

Hit the spacebar to open the game menu.

| I downloaded this last night and started playing around with it. Ya know if Microsoft is gonna make these silly Battletech arcade type games they could at least try to give us a half way decent remake of this gem of a game.
