I found the BattleTech Issue of StarDate on E-Bay just now and thought I'd share the find since I'm not interested in buying it myself. From the pic and descript it seems to be in fairly good shape, which is awesome for a magazine from the late 80s. Enjoy.

Which issue? They had a lot of issues that covered BT to some degree and some that had nothing but BT stuff...both when it was know as StarDrive as well as StarDate and it was once the offical FASA magazine supporting their games...
Sadly FASA forgot about this magazine and it's mechs and articals after things took off and they dropped it. It would be nice it Randall would resurtect the "lost" mechs from the magainze as well as some of the really good optional rules and other tech for offical use in the game...

Well, I don't know much about it. But I think it was Issue 3 of StarDate... could be mistaken follow the link hehe.
