It makes a 'Mech harder to hit. WIth the Stealth system turned on (10 heat), units firing at it need a +3 to-hit at medium range, and +6 at long range. And it cannot be located by probes. It can't be targeted as a seconday target, either.
Oh, it isn't Level 3, though, it's only Level 2.

Is it just me, or is Stealth Armour just the Null Sig System from Max Tech?
