Definitely an upgrade over 60L and even standard 60. Nice work. I think that it would work well with infantry and many city fighting units carrying SRMs and 63 Urbie with LB-X.

I was thinking (Oh no not that!) the UM60 series are 30 tons this is 35 ...the 30 ton model is UM-60 the model number being double the tonnage...So this one should be the UM-70R since 70 is double 35.

The biggest problem is, that you can't make field R60H upgrade kit.
