I don't know if it's the same book, but it contains the ranks of periphery nations too:
The Periphery (no. 1692).

The number is 1726. And to answer SD's question no it is not the same book.
However,...
He is correct that MOST of the same information is in the book that he identified, commonly known to us periphery denizens as the Periphery 2nd Edition. But, there was a change to the Marian Hegemony ranks between the two books. I don't remember any changes to the other 4 major periphery powers.
Thanks,
HC1

When did they ever NOT have poor equipment?

Oh! Too true. Treated like second hand adopted children.
Their lot in life it seems.

Haven't seen a place for the Technical Readouts yet. I assume that they are going to be translated over to the new site. Or is this a bad assumption? This is one of the things I love the most; your site seems more up to date than many I have reviewed.

The forums have a place for design submissions where you can post things there. The technical readouts will also be translated over. I just haven't been able to do that yet. But fear not, they will be there.
