Hmm... I think that It was a drunk winner of Level II circle, who drove his Atlas through the bar? His prize was confiscated and used for some renovations

The Duke climbs out from the nearly complete machine. "Skylight?" He looks up, shielding his eyes with a hand from the strong sunlight. "Well, I like it. But whether it's staying permanently or not, looks like something new to fix. Judging from the person shaped hole anyway."

After a moment, the Duke crawls out from under the arcade machine. "Moot point, Sir Henry. I think I got it." So saying, the Federated noble takes the plug, and plugs it into the wall next to the pinball machine. After a few moments the screen pops on, and very familiar music plays.
"You know, one of these days, I'm going to beat Pac-Man. 'Course, all we need now is a Space Invaders machine. Or better yet, alter this cabinet to play either one." He chuckles and stretches. "I guess I will head out for the glass. We are using the same stuff as last time, quiaff?"
