I just want to see what people think of these ideas and how much they should cost.
1. Tactical Laser Rifle
This is, to put it simply, and energy-based version of the Federated Long Rifle.
The idea behind it is that instead of constantly having to worry about ammo, a soldier can simply take along a kinetic or solar recharger. As such, it'll simplify supply lines and enable soldiers to operate away from their bases for a longer period.
2. Jackhammer
This is an anti-mech support weapon. It's a clip-fed, bolt-action, 25mm rifle. It deals two points of BTech damage if the target is in the short or medium range bracket and one point if the target is in the long or extreme bracket. The clip has five rounds.
Tactical protocol has this as requiring a two-man crew: one person (usually the gunner) carries the main body of the weapon while the other (usually the spotter) carries the barrel and ammo.
Tearing down or assembling a Jackhammer takes a full turn (10 seconds). Due to the recoil, unless the weapon is mounted there is a +1 penalty to-hit if the gunner is kneeling and a +2 penalty if the gunner is standing; if standing, the gunner must also make a reflex save to avoid being knocked backwards.
3. Rock Candy
Rock candy goes all the way back to ancient Terra. Due to it being "hard," it withstands heat better than other candies. This made it popular among soldiers who wanted a little something "refreshing" while in the field. It was also popular among the children in areas where these soldiers went to.
A single bag contains 50 fruit-flavored pieces, each one about 0.75 inches long. _________________ "I wish I could write as mysterious as a cat." -Edgar Allen Poe"I knew there was something special about you, but I never realized you were really a cat." Wolfwood to a random cat (Trigun)

3. Rock Candy - I'd say no more than 1 C-Bill for 2 bags. _________________ Alexx Knight, Lance Sgt.

Isn't the tactical laser rifle basically just a laser rifle? _________________ Evil is like a bowl of oranges. Only one, instead, is an orange of DOOM. That orange has a fate to rule over the other oranges with an iron fist. That orange is me.

The existing laser rifles are basically designed to be sniper pieces.
This one is more along the lines of an assault rifle. _________________ "I wish I could write as mysterious as a cat." -Edgar Allen Poe"I knew there was something special about you, but I never realized you were really a cat." Wolfwood to a random cat (Trigun)

Then that's a pulse laser rifle, right? I'm not poo-pooing the idea, just trying to get a bead on what you're talking about. _________________ Evil is like a bowl of oranges. Whole platoon with sniper rifles... no, not at all. There are standard assault laser rifles, like Mauser 1200, ... _________________ The dragon NEVER sleeps!

I just noticed that you mention the Federated Long Rifle as inspiration. The Federated isn't an automatic rifle. It's semi-auto: MW3 says it has a 10-round magazine, and it doesn't have burst fire. I'd assume it looks similar to the M14 or Gewehr 43.
EDIT: Come to think of it, that could work. Shorter range, but also a proportionately lower power drain. _________________ Evil is like a bowl of oranges. Only one, instead, is an orange of DOOM. That orange has a fate to rule over the other oranges with an iron fist. That orange is me.

That's the entire idea.
By virtue of it being an energy weapon, a soldier simply has to carry a kinetic or solar recharger. So long as the recharger is functional, ammo will not be a concern.
Additionally, the soldier can fire anywhere from 1 - 3 shots per turn by virtue of it being semi-auto. This means the soldier can either shoot one guy three times (pretty much lethal) or shoot three people once (if facing a larger unit). _________________ "I wish I could write as mysterious as a cat." -Edgar Allen Poe"I knew there was something special about you, but I never realized you were really a cat."
