That website contains more info on the matter. What's basically going on is this: The owner wants rid of the sub, so he's going to have it chopped up. U-534 is one of the few surviving U-boats, but it was actually sunk and pulled off the bottom 60 years later. Right now, it's resting in the UK. There's a petition at the bottom of the page, well, 2 actually.
Use the "Global Petition" IF YOU ARE LIVING OUTSIDE OF THE UK AT THE MOMENT.
