Hi Gang,
How goes the battle? I'm not around here much any more, but I sure could use your help. Is there any resource (especially Heavymetalpro files) for the mechs from the 3025 TRO when they were around (if they were) in 2750.
Are there files for a 2750 Wasp, Battlemaster, Locust, T-bolt, etc?
Thanks! _________________ "I have lived my life trying to be a virtuous man. The Dragon admires tenacity, and the code of the samurai upholds it as well." -Minobu Tetsuhara

Well, supposedly, the 3025s were around back then, carbon copied. There were upgraded versions (pretty good ones) used by the Star League 'Royal' Regiments, but not for everyone of those designs, and I do not as of yet know where you can find those files. (They are from TRO-3075).
My personal suggestion is use your own judgment, and toss a smattering of high tech here and there.
For info, the following 'Mechs are Royal Star League variants. I can provide enough description to make them, but I don't have an official record sheet, so they're kinda one off...
OTT-7Jb Ostscout
PXH-1b Phoenix Hawk
PXH-1c Phoenix Hawk
WVH-7R Wolverine II
OSR-2Cb Ostroc
CRD-3Rb Crusader
WHM-6Rb Warhammer
MAD-1R Marauder
MAD-2R Marauder
RFL-3N-2 Rifleman II
BLR-1Gb BattleMaster
Those are the upgraded Unseens. There's a few more Royal variants, but they're not Unseen 'Mechs. _________________ Jarylan Blackwell

Thank you CO_17thRecon,
Firebee and myself are currently planning a HUGE all day event for TotalCon 2009. Some spoilers: Ginormous Geo-Hex terrain table (water/islands/cliffs/forests/city/etc), 2779, Kerensky, Amaris, Terra, unlimited players......can you dig it! _________________ "I have lived my life trying to be a virtuous man. Wish I could help more. For what you're planning, I really recommend TRO-3075. I really hope they do more with the Age of War, First Star League and Succession Wars. It already looks like very fertile ground, judging by the first inklings of their coverage... _________________ Jarylan Blackwell

Only if we get to respond in kind! Both Mike and I are pretty good at shooting sharpened pencils using large rubber bands! (The "Long Toms" of our youth.)

"Well sir the battleroms don't lie, just when Captain Mordel Blacknight was about to deliver the finishing blow to Alexander Kerensky, an Overlord Dropship landed on Mordel's mech, squashing it into a puddle of goo......I mean really, what are the odds?"
-As noted by famed MechWarrior Dr Buckaroo Banzai, in his memoirs "The Liberation of Terra"

Squished me to goo? HA!! I had a teleportation device installed on my Mech that same morning. And just before the dropship hit I transported myself out of there. Best investment I ever made. Well, after the $5 hooker from Guam, that is. What a deal!! _________________ Mordel Blacknight - Site Administrator
