I still drop in to ghost from time to time, but this start up job is keeping me Very busy.......... Needless to say I got a very different "Frame of Reference".......

Many thanks for the mention! I have some grand ideas that would get this place up and running and be popular. If Only I had a personal crew of PHPers who devoted there time to me and me only!
My other problem is my complete lack of artistic talent. Folks like fancy flashy pretty sites. Mine is fairly basic.

Naw, to me it is the real deal. The real one.
I had a hiatus vis-a-vis BT in the first half of the 00s and when returning, I kinda steered towards "cbt.com" as it was known back then, concentrating on RS - something that I learnt about here and Wars in the Inner Sphere. And then started some volunteering...
...which killed all my personal fun time on the forums. Even on the official boards, I pretty much post only in the errata section, unless doing some commenting on a "Mech of the Week" article.
Anyways, if I were to simply engage in social forum-ing, this is still the place that I'd want back up and running at full steam!
mud goes and posts a one-liner, and off I am, reminiscing.
I *do* miss the old days. None were greater than on this forum.
