==Overview:==
Although Our Blessed Order was aware of what seemed like collaberation between
both the Draconis Combine and the Nova Cats and the Draconis Combine and the
Diamond Sharks, there had never previously been any evidence of collaberation
between the Diamond Sharks and the Nova Cats. 

This all changed with the sudden appearance of the Leopard, which appears to
be a joint production involving all three factions. 

It is known that the Draconis Combine helped the Nova Cats build a factory on
Irece, and it is also known that the Combine supplied the Nova Cats with
several Inner Sphere mechs - including Panthers - to help them rebuild after
both the conflict with the Ghost Bears and after the Jihad. 

It is also known that the Nova Cats had been receiving supplies of Clan
weapons and equipment from the Diamond Sharks. However, while it was initially
believed that these shipments were simply to repair damaged units, an
inexplicably large number of shipments were dispatched to... Irece. 

Couple this with reports of the mech appearing among both Clans, and have an
explanation for what must have taken place: the Nova Cats designed the Leopard
using the Panther as a base, then bartered with the Diamond Sharks for raw
materials in exchange for completed units. 

As frightening a machine as the Leopard is in and of itself, the prospect of a
three-way alliance between these two powers portends something even more
disruptive.
