Let us dissect this little gem of internet idiocy:

Appeal to tradition fallacy. You are assuming that your belief is right based upon "standard internet" mores. "I am right because this is the way it is done on the internet."
Ethnocentrism. You assume that your beliefs of "standard internet behavior" are the correct or right way of operating and that any other way is wrong. You assume that Mordel.net must operate on a silence = agreement bases.
Unwarranted assumption fallacy. The above statement is based on the premise that Mordel.net operates by "standard internet behavior".
Argument from repetition fallacy. You believe a victory because you have ignored and argued multiple discussions on this forum until others no longer wish to invest time in correcting you.
wrote: | i'll inform Mordel to contact Herb and Randall about these 2 replies to have them and my Jan 4 reply regarding ideas for cockpits for various units to be published in Interstellar Operations. |
Unwarranted assumption fallacy. The above statement is based on the premise that Mordel.net has any official contact with the developers of Battletech.
And while not a logical fallacy still important, Narcissism. You believe that your opinion is so important as to override the testing and careful thought of the game developers and community. They should correct "the errors in the books" by including your rules in an official product.

Now to plainly and non-to-nicely answer this piece of internet stupidity:
I warned you once about putting words in my mouth you pompous little snot. I warned you about trying to manipulate my behavior with your narcissistic little pre-teen internet tantrums. Your belief in your own importance is offensive and exhausting. I have tried to be nice. I have tried to be understanding and considerate. You have repeatedly asked me to review your guttural spewings posing as ideas and I have even done you the courtesy of doing so even though you had not yet proven yourself worthy of such favors. You entered into our domain and have proceeded to, at every turn, insult or annoy every long term denizen of Mordels. You ignore every piece of feedback that does not agree with your narrow vision of your posts, and when called on it, attempt to seem like you are reasonable by presenting a compromise that is not a compromise.
You either refuse or are simply to lazy to perform proper research and attempt to transfer the burden to others. Do you really want to know what I think of your posts? Do you really want feedback? Very well.
Your ideas are nonsense. You make assumptions on basic mechanics and fail to verify whether you are correct or not. You fail to perform proper research and it shows in the foundation of each of your ideas. When an idea attempts to be based upon real life mechanism, you fail to research those concepts and properly extrapolate them to game mechanics. Instead, you seek to exploit the system with unbalanced concepts. You don't appear to have the least concern for the fact that this is a game and that sometimes game balance supersedes a concept. You are the very definition of a minmaxer. Worse yet, you have the mistaken belief that you deserve to be recognized as brilliant in a official product. Leave the game development to those who actually have the understanding, skills, and aptitude to do so, because you do not.
So to wrap this up, lets make this very clear: If I do not answer a post, it is because I choose not too. I may disagree with it and I am trying to be diplomatic. I may disagree with it and do not feel it worth my time argue. I may agree and have nothing to add or comment on. Do not assume you have any idea why I have not responded to a post. I did not answer you because I think you are a narcissistic nut seeking attention and lashing out because we are not giving your fragile ego the validation it so badly desires.
If you want that pre-teen ego boosting bullshit, go somewhere else. Here at Mordels, we have very little patience for it. We are not here to build the ego of self-important little snots. We are here to share our love for a great game. And you.... are simply not adding anything worthwhile to this community.
Now either piss off or get your head out of your self-important rear and learn to be a real part of this community.
Goodday.

actually, i had been theorizing, not dictating, that Mordel.net is operating on a silence = agreement basis, that's why i posted my previous passive reply as i'm posting this passive reply passively

i haven't been ignoring multiple discussions, perhaps limitedly arguing with them but only to provide constructive reason

i'm guessing you now want me to explain my reasoning for the 2nd Star League rule ideas i've posted and perhaps include mathematical examples like the way the official BT Writers do to prove why the 2nd Star League rules aren't nonsense (i just did this for the additional crew personnel reply mentioned in that other topic, example is explained in italics), and it doesn't matter if recognition of brilliantness is given to me for the rule improvements i've posted (though that would be nice), i don't believe i'm a minmaxer since i haven't called for 999 centillionton WarShips nor did i dictate a min or max of the 'Mechbow & arrows nor did i say that for the PACbuster VTOL of how a standard fusion engine should be used in place of the ice engine for more speed (if you need an example of what it really means to min/max, then go to this link
and read the text of this "Balancer" Robin Hood LAM, that has become well liked by the Australians, that an Australian gave me the link of
www.wargamerau.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=171990
), and not to be snotty or rude, but some minmaxing is necessary in BT games, otherwise you eventually become severely mentally ill due to overexertion of indecision and frustration from lots of losing and thus you can't use good beneficial judgement and thus you do bad habits such as smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages/urine, eating excrement or just overeating, using dangerous drugs, limitedly educated, limitedly involved politically (not to start a political discussion on this topic), and these bad habits can lead to depression and eventually suicide, i do understand BT is a game, but what's wrong with sometimes being a reasonable minmaxer to positively reinforce good habits, and what's wrong with having rules that make sense? i never try to unbalance BT because i firmly believe in the use of BV, if you want to be poor and miserable (that includes those that write BT rules that make no sense), then exclusive BT (not TW&TO&SO&IO&AToW&ATOWC) is for you, and with my reply to your next reply, i will prove this to be utterly true

i understand now, and i'm not trying to be narcisstistic though i am ambitious and i'm not trying to boost my ego, i'm just trying to improve BT so it's playable for every1 and so that "the Clan player's" ego isn't boosted, that "Clan player" mentioned in TW's rules for batchalls & zellbrigen, that is, (i wasn't referring to Emmy)
edited part now typed: okay, i suppose i sort of do have an ego problem given: my hoarding of game materials and miniatures, and also how i want to have a very huge military of negative AToW traited units so i can purchase a very huge military of positive AToW traited units

I am not even going to reply any more, and you can infer from that what you will. I am going to believe that you were being sarcastic for my own mental well-being and I hope you caught my sarcasm but I will not be holding my breath. I came out of lurking because I get a bit bored on what is essentially maternity leave, but I think I would get a more nuanced conversation from my infant. More reading comprehension and a more coherent argument as well. Have a nice day.

if you believe me to be another person, check our ISP numbers, i'm sure you'll discover them to be different
also, i posted an explanation of what i've sensed is 2nd Star League rules for additional personnel at link i posted as my 2nd reply to this topic on page 1 of this topic, and i'll explain rules for other 2 links i posted later when i get more time _________________ "Okay friendlies, you're not paid to be exclusively a 'MechWarrior', vehicle/spacecraft crewer, fighter pilot, or infantry trooper. posted passively:
i don't know how to fake ISP numbers except for typing them fakely in a reply (that i'd never do)
also, i typed italicized explanations of evasive rules i posted and italicized explanations of LAM rules i posted for those 2 other links
that explain why both sets of rules make sense and are not "nonsense"
and, the more rules there are for BT game system, the more people that will be satisfied and thus they'll purchase more BT game system products = more money for Catalyst Game Labs, and thus it makes sense to use these rules i've typed _________________ "Okay friendlies, you're not paid to be exclusively a 'MechWarrior', vehicle/spacecraft crewer, fighter pilot, or infantry trooper. That is a false premise that doesn't take into account that there could be too many rules making th egame way too complicated, making the game unplayable. _________________ The dragon NEVER sleeps!
