I think they had some kind of hack due to a known hole in WordPress. Probably still trying to sort it all out.
Essentially added the ability for some malicious JS code to be added to the end of your existing JS files. Vagabond reported it with my spellcheck code, which I forgot I even had and was going to remove since browsers have built-in spellcheck.
Anyways, the rest of my site is immune because it appends your JS code to add a Windows.OnLoad call that opens a hidden iframe to a bad site and write a cookie to your computer so it only does it once. It doesn't impact my site because I write my own OnLoad function directly in PHP to do things, which executed after all the JS loads.
