Man, I am really not sure how viable our chances are here. We are outnumbered and outgunned. Our reinforcements are like 6-7 rounds away. We are getting obliterated with our biggest tank (and heaviest hitter) trashed already. Meanwhile we can barely manage to land a single hit. Personally I can’t seem to manage even a decent CHANCE to hit let alone landing a hit. As a new player I al. Not sure if I am playing poorly and likewise I am not sure about the backstory to know if we were warned about being so outmatched.
I am happy to listen to any advice. But I seriously wonder if our best move here is retreat.

Perhaps retreat is the best strategy! Especially with the big guy out of commission now. Even when our recon lance does get into battle, will it really sway anything? _________________ Mordel Blacknight - Site Administrator

It certainly doesn't look like it. Our Battlemaster is toast, our Shadowhawk is in rough shape, the rest of us have all taken at least a little damage. Meanwhile we've barely scratched the opfor and they outnumber us big time.
I'd say we all fall back and focus on being evasive targets. With luck the recon lance can at least cover our retreat.
