Stealth Armor under its most recent rulings states that a unit suffers from the effect of their own ECM while the armor is active. The errata does not mention any changes to the Bloodhound AP. Therefore, as the Bloodhound AP is immune to GECM this unit can continue to use its advanced sensors while stealthed. Everything else is a passive system or one not affected by ECM. It should be noted that the Recon Camera mounted in the body is actually VTOL Mast Mount for spotting from cover. And yes, i have both a recon camera, bloodhound, and tag on this unit, but the camera's main job is its 18km viewing range (if cameras are allowed to be placed in the mast mount it should be there).
