Hi folks!
I remember a rule that inner sphere Battlearmor can only jump when possibly present missile launchers had been jettisoned. But i cannot find it written. Seems I'm rule-blind again _________________ Reality is where the Pizza-man comes from!'Gucken, petzen, verpissen!' Hiya! You can find it in Total Warfare, p. 214 (prohibited jump movement before having jettisoned body-mounted missile launchers) and p. 220 (prohibited leg and swarm attacks before having jettisoned body-mounted missile launches).
Please note that this pertains only to body mounted missile launchers. Arm-mounted missile launchers do not impede movement (but cannot be used for swarm attacks). _________________ "Rear armour is defeatist!" - unknown Kuritan Mechwarrior

Wasn't that related to IS Standard BA (the original knock-off Elemental)? The rest is as jymset wrote probably _________________ The dragon NEVER sleeps!

The rules for BA have been codified/standardized since TW or slightly before that.
The BA that first featured the pertinent rules was the Longinus, introduced in Field Manual FWL in the 1990s. Its rules were incorporated into later construction and game rules.
As Sleeping Dragon states, the IS Standard BA does feature an SRM configuration where the weapon is arm mounted. It can jump, but obviously not perform anti-'Mech attacks. _________________ "Rear armour is defeatist!" - unknown Kuritan Mechwarrior
