Fluff: This vehicle was created by Clan Wolf (in Exile) in late 3064 and was produced in very limited numbers. To date, only 12 of these artillery vehicles have been seen, and all of them are in use by the Kell Hounds. It is believed that the vehicles were only intended to be used by the Hounds, because of the clan honor code and the fact that no WiE unit has been seen using one. The vehicle recieved its name as a joke from one of the deisgners, who stated that artillery was "Always a good way to reach out and touch someone." It is unknown if the clan plans to ship this vehicle off to help in the Civil War, but there are always rumors that people have seen one in use by Victor Davion's units. This has yet to be proven, and may be nothing more then a case of mixing up designs by civilians.

Fluff: In early 3064, the Khan of clan Hell's Horse ordered the technician and scientist castes to work together to create a new artillery vehicle. Shortly thereafter, clan Wolf (in Exile)'s new ROATS artillery vehicle began to appear in the Kell Hound ranks. Thanks to a spy in the WiE ranks, the Hell's Horse lower-castemen got a hold of the design specs for the vehicle. They offered the design up to the Khan, but were told to change it, so that it would look like a totally different vehicle. In response, they remodeled the chassis, removed a ton of armor (switching it with ferro-fiborus armor) and added an ECM Suite. The vehicle has yet to be produced, and a name must be given to it.

What? Why is no one sinking their fangs into this design and ripping it apart to tell me what is wrong with it. I feel hurt by that.
