Overview:
A longer-ranged variation on the standard ENF-4R Enforcer, with better armor. However, it
struggles at closer quarters due to the minimum range of its main weapons.
Capabilities:
Mounting the same engine and jump jets as the original Enforcer, the ENF-4SP Enforcer swaps
the Large Laser for a PPC and the AC/10 and associated ammunition for an AC/5 with one ton
of ammo, giving it twice the ammo capacity of its predecessor. The Small Laser is upgraded
to a Medium Laser, and half a ton of armor and an extra heat sink over the original's 12
round off the simple yet effective design.
Deployment:
This version of the Enforcer is usually deployed for longer-ranged engagements where little
cover is available, allowing it to make the most of its extra reach over the ENF-4R. In
cities, however, its lack of hand actuators and minimum range can prove a serious
disadvantage in an environment where the original model thrives.
