|
|
I read Tactical Operations rules for Fractional Accounting, I agree with allowing food & water, internal structures, fuels, Armors, ammunition, and I also want gyros to use Fractional Accounting. The Clans would definitely use Fractional Accounting including for gyros because the Clans believe in perfection, Inner Sphere Corporations would use Fractional Accounting (including for gyros) to satisfy customers that are willing to pay extra (for game balance, 15% gratuity tip in addition to total cost of Unit’s or Structure’s construction should be okay for gratuity tip) , and Peripheryers would use Fractional Accounting (including for gyros) given that they want to save materials because they have small militaries. Phooey that Tactical Operations Fractional Accounting rules aren’t currently published to allow gyros to use Fractional Accounting. Tactical Operations rules for Fractional Accounting must allow for gyros for Characters that want to use them and because that extra half ton or so can make a difference for about eight more points of armor or so, an extra Small Laser or MG & a little bit of ammo, extra food & water, or extra fuel. Let various units use gyros. Let various Sensors also use Fractional Accounting. Note: that I used to make precision parts including gyros for remote controlled model helicopters. _________________ My name is Bill Wilson and I have purchased a copy of HMAero from Rick Raisley.
